• Publisher: An individual or entity that utilizes AdsPointed's services to display advertisements on their digital properties.

• Platform: The AdsPointed website, dashboard, and associated tools and services.

• Content: Text, images, videos, or other media submitted by advertisers for display or publishers for placement.

• Ad: A digital advertisement created by advertisers for display on publisher websites.

• Ads Credit: The initial $100 credit provided to advertisers to test the AdsPointed platform.
